What's up, CP, and it's my moderator application!

So, let's start. First of all, I want to say WHY I want to join CP as a mod:

1. I'm friendly, it's really hard to make me mad or even angry.
2. I damn HATE speedhackers and other idiots.
3. I like CP HT server! I like CP staff, especially Carlos. I had a chance two or three times to speak with him. And I quite enjoyed the talk, I must say. And his "It's an advertisement" phrase... I like it, and I like him.
4. I think you've pretty tired of "I will make your server better" or "I will ban all hackers" text. I still wrote some text that looks like "I will ban all hackers" though. Yeah. But In this case I will really do what i'm saying.

I think we've done here, right? So let's talk about me.

My name is Peter, I live in Russia, in the town named "Nizhniy Novgorod". I am 13 (yeah i'm quite young, but who says that all youngsters are stupid ragers and such...)
I'm learning CS2D's LUA to make some working scripts and HTML language to make my own website built by myself.
I'm cheerful and kind, I love to learn new things, I really wanna learn how to draw good.
Though I have plenty of time for CS2D and other games if I will decide that it's the time to work in it (yeah, work. Sometimes play, surely.)

And now the last part of my app.

The rules are:
Dont cheat/hack
Dont spam.
Dont freekill in spawn area.
Don't ask for rank/money
Dont be a stupid asshole and never insult admins/ct's

i rate myself... I think, from 0.0 to 5.0, then i'll be 3.8.

My english... from 0.0 to 5.0, mine is 3.6.

I think, If I will be a moderator, I will reopen closed shops/houses, ban freekillers/hackers and other obvious things. But also! I'm makn a deathrun map, so I think I'm a skiled mapmaker too.

I will be pretty active if I need to. I like forums. I would love to talk with others.

Why should you take me? Well, a nice question! Why... why... why... I'm not a simple mod. I'm learning LUA and I can make good maps! So i think I will be a moderator-mapmaker. And other things. Maybe I will help you with a map script later

This is a name I wont forget. Pretty active, nice guy. The apply I like, it's creative. Although it does seem to me you forgot a few questions.

There are a lot of apps and only 2 spots, so I will finish reading others and then come back to this to rate it.
