Whats the Mod work?

Hi people! This is an serious topic that im going to discuss...
Whats an Moderator work?
A Moderator helps players, open shops, arrest freekillers, kick spamers and ban hackers.
But this is not the important...
The important is that a member don't play a moderator works!
When i say play, its freekilling everybody...
This is why we have the report user abuse, and i test all members too!
So if there is some abuse, don't be afraid to tell me, i want this server balanced.
