i think you should move the rules to the top instead of the bottom also, for the rules i think you should add Don't Flame/inslut and Don't steal shops or Don't block event way , Don't Block Spawn area. [Only admins are allowed to see this link]

That would be a great idea, and about the Don't flame/insult:
Well I guess the ''Don't be an asshole'' covers it, but PLaYeR's version would be easier to understand.
